Description

The Gateway property was completely remodeled. It features all new hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, central heating/cooling, dishwasher, tank-less water heaters, and more. The property has all 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom units. The unit is separately metered for water, gas, and electric. Water and trash service is included. We have up to one covered parking spot available per unit for an additional $99 per month. There is also plenty of on street parking directly outside of the property and no permits are required. ***Photos are not of exact unit.*** Qualification requirements include a minimum 700+ FICO score, income of at least 2.5-3x the monthly rent, and 2-3 months of financial reserves. All applicants are subject to credit, income, and background verification.
