The ADU has a separate entrance and is positioned above part of the main house due to the home's high-ceiling design. Although the structures are connected, the ADU is not side-by-side with the main living areas and functions as a separate space with a high degree of privacy. The home is offered fully furnished. Furniture can be removed upon request. Short-term leases will be considered.
