Property Detail

Description

Some places have a way of making you feel immediately at home, and this is one of them. Set on 2.5 acres beneath wide-open skies, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath Joshua Tree retreat has been lovingly cared for and thoughtfully updated. 425 Littlefield Rd has the charm and outdoor amenities that make you never want to leave. Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space with a wood-burning stove, mini-split heating and cooling, an updated kitchen with Silestone counters and a Bertazzoni range, a refreshed bathroom, dedicated laundry room, and character in every nook and cranny. Outside, soak under the stars in the newly installed Jacuzzi with True Water System, cool off in the Modpool plunge pool, or take in the mountain views, sunrises, sunsets, and seriously dark night skies from the deck, porch, or dining patio. Mature Palo Verde trees, an ash tree, mesquite tree, and irrigated garden beds add shade and greenery to the landscape, creating a welcoming habitat for local wildlife, including quail, jackrabbits, and roadrunners. A vintage water tower gives the property a little extra desert personality. Recent improvements include a new roof, electrical panel, tankless water heater, and more. Peaceful and private, with public water and easy access to Joshua Tree National Park, this is truly a special property - a little bit rustic, a little bit refined, and a whole lot of what makes Joshua Tree so special.
